When does Acme’s contract renew?
Acme’s contract renews in March 2027 under the amended MSA, on a three-year term with a 4% uplift at renewal. MSA amendment, p. 12
12.2 Term. The Term is extended to 31 March 2027 and shall renew for a further period of three (3) years unless either party gives written notice not less than ninety (90) days before expiry. 12.3 Fees. The Fees set out in Schedule 2 shall increase by four per cent (4%) on renewal.
What was true, and what you knew, are different questions.
Most systems keep one clock and overwrite the past. MindGraph keeps two: when a fact was true, and when your company learned it. Nothing is overwritten. Ask about any period as it was understood, and replay how any fact changed, which is the only fair way to review a decision.
As known on 14 Apr 2026, the term was believed to run to Dec 2026. So for Feb 2027, Acme would have looked out of contract. Today we know it was not.

Agents work from the same memory, inside the same rules.
An agent holds a credential that names who it is and on whose behalf it acts, and every write carries that identity. Before an action runs, policy is checked; when a rule says so, the action waits for a person. The context, the rule, the approver, and the result stay linked afterwards.

The engine underneath.
MindGraph runs on Mnestic, our fork of CozoDB: an in-process Rust engine with Datalog inference, a disk-resident vector index, and bitemporal history at the storage layer. No server hop, no garbage collector, nothing that has to stay in RAM. It ships as an open-source crate and Python package, with a public hybrid-recall benchmark against SQLite, DuckDB, Kùzu, and LanceDB. The dashboard, Claude Code and Claude Desktop over MCP, and the TypeScript and Python SDKs all read and write the same graph through one API.
From the founder.
I started MindGraph because the companies I worked with kept losing what they knew. Decisions lived in one person’s head, the reasoning behind them in a thread nobody could find, and every new tool or model started from zero. Agents made this worse before they made it better. An agent that acts on a fragment it cannot trace, date, or check is a liability dressed as productivity.
Company memory should belong to the company. It should keep its sources, keep its history, know who may see what, and survive a change of model or vendor without losing the judgment it has accumulated. That is what we are building, on an engine we own, for organizations too small to buy this from anyone else. If that is your problem too, write to me.
